Moona is committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Perishable or hygiene-related items are not eligible for return unless damaged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, contact our support team within 24 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued either in cash or as a voucher.
