We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and Cash on Delivery.
Q3: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel or edit your order within 15 minutes by contacting our customer support team.
Q4: How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
Q5: Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, for orders placed before 2 PM.
Q6: What is the Moona Loyalty Program?
With Moona's Loyalty Program, you earn 1 point for every 10 QAR spent. These points can be collected and redeemed for discounts on future orders.
Q7: How do I redeem loyalty points?
Once you've collected 100 points, you can redeem them for a minimum of 10 QAR discount on your next purchase.
